Your terms, set before the day.

Photographs. Records. A call or a text. Whether the car comes back smelling of anything at all. None of those are technical questions, none of them has a right answer, and none of them should arrive as a surprise on the day.

Insured · seven-day make-it-right guarantee

So here they are as choices, settled before the day rather than during it. Photographs: none leave without your say-so, and the reference shots taken for our own records can be skipped entirely, which means there is no file. Contact: text only, unless you prefer calls. Location: the garage works as well as the driveway, given room to open the doors and decent light. Scent: always optional, and declining it changes nothing else about the service — it is not a lesser version. Handover: a full walkthrough, or the keys and a message if you would rather not make a thing of it. Service in Kildeer starts at $150 and runs two to six hours; we need the car, a standard outlet, and whichever of the above you have decided.

Local notes

Notes from Kildeer.

Kildeer plans carefully and states a preference for not making unnecessary trips. Bringing the work to the car and letting the customer set the terms of it is the same idea applied to a service.

Declining photographs costs you nothing. The reference shots are for our records, not for anything public, and if you would rather they did not exist then they do not.

If the car parks under trees, needles collect at the base of the windshield and pollen reaches the vents. Gentle, repeated passes beat one aggressive one.

The interior is the focus — leather, upholstery, carpet, glass, and trim, cleaned and conditioned in place. A hand wash, wheel & tire detail, headlight restoration, or engine bay clean can ride along with any service, priced in the open. We don’t take on paint correction, ceramic coating, or anything applied over the paint — for that, a dedicated exterior shop is the right call.

Chosen from the condition at the walkthrough, like anywhere else. A privacy request never moves anyone up a tier, and asking for no photographs or no scent does not change what the service costs.

Logistics · Kildeer

The practical part.

  • A discreet arrival: one vehicle in the driveway, no signage.

  • Text only by default. We do not call unless you tell us you would rather we did.

  • The garage works as well as the driveway if you'd rather the work stay private.

  • Walkthrough with you, or a simple handover if you'd rather not make a thing of it.

Questions

Asked in Kildeer.

Kildeer pricing starts at $150.

Can I decline all photographs, including your own records?

Yes, both. Nothing is shared without your say-so, and the reference shots we would normally take for our own records can be skipped entirely, which means nothing about your car exists on file afterwards. Say so when you book and it is simply how the day runs.

Can the whole visit happen in the garage?

Yes. Given room to open the doors fully and decent light, all of it can happen indoors, doors down if you prefer. Nothing about the work needs to be visible from the street.

Can I choose no scent at all?

Yes, and it changes nothing else. The scent is the last step rather than part of the cleaning, so declining it is not a lesser service and it does not reduce what was done. Some cabins are better without one, and that is a fair preference.

What is kept on file after the visit?

As much or as little as you want. By default: the car, the service, and the scent if you chose one, so a second visit needs fewer questions. Ask for none of it and none of it is kept, which does mean starting the conversation over next time. Either is fine.
